Change of Mind? No Problem.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please email hello@resore.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. A member of our customer support team will assist you with returning the items to one of our distribution centers.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, products must be in their original packaging and remain unused. 
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Defective Product Refund

Even though each of our products is inspected separately, we are aware that an oversight can happen. If a defect or fault is found within 14 days, we will provide a full refund and cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The timing of the credit will depend on your card issuer or refund method.
